Sonya Balmores in the new movie Soul Surfer!!!
Sonya, a surfer from Kauai, Hawaii was a natural choice for this role. Her Filipino, Caucasian, and Native American background give her a unique beauty allowing her to have a successful career as an actress and model. She has appeared in Ride the Wake, and as a surfer chick in the television series created by Sean McNamara Beyond the Break. Sonya's fit physique has garnered her the covers of Women's Health, Outside, SHAPE Singapore, and FOAM Magazines and she appeared in ads for Billabong, Hurley, and Nike.
